just insert your windows Xp cd.. it will automatically ask you if you want an upgrade.. then jsut do the upgrade.. gud luck!
If your computer is running ok, I wouldn't bother. there really isn't that much difference between the two.
I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been waiting and waiting for a version of XP that I could consider "stable" and what do they do? They come out with Vista instead.

The day I'm forced to upgrade to XP (or Vista), I'll just switch completely to Linux instead. The only reason I'm still hanging on to it is for Flash development.
Why would anyone want to?

I think I'd much rather run 2k than xp. 2k was almost a decent Windows NT. I personally think they messed it up with xp and vista just continues the typical MS trend of 'we need more revenue, let's release a new version that is still a couple years behind everyone else and is nowhere near market-ready.'

But then I run Linux on everything and any 'windows' software I run in WINE, so even if the software crashes it never brings the machine down.
