unfortunately, windows 2000 does not have that program.

you can only use f8 on startup and load a previous known working windows session - which may only be a few hours ago since your last bootup.

There isnt a system restore to my knowledge - hence there are no restore points created - ERGO: yyou're screwed!

You have a problem and want to try System Restore. ( not available with windows 2000 O.S)

As mentioned here , tell us your problem and you will be helped out.

1.Try Antivirus antispyware programs.

2.Delete junk files by using

DiskSweeper free2 from http://www.craveworldwide.com/disksweep....

Check all three at the bottom left.

delete zero byte/Ignore system files/ignore hidden files

3. Ccleaner from http://www.filehippo.com

Select Issues.

4. Advanced WindowsCare personal from http://www.iobit.com Under Tools memory cleaner. use it and let it be a running program. Your Ram issues can be partly solved. From Start up list uncheck all unneeded programs.

Delete them , if you re sure.
